Dish No. 1 - Yater Kik Alicha (Split peas with onion, curry, ginger and garlic). The wine was a Culley Chardonnay (New Zealand)
Dish No. 2 - Doro Wat (Chicken sautéed with spices and Berber Sauce). For this dish it was Langguth Erben Auslese (Germany)
Dish No. 3 - Yat Kilt Alicha (Cabbage and carrots sautéed with spices). Served with Gustav Adolph Schmitt Classic Riesling (Germany)
Dish No. 4 - Ful (Kidney beans with tomato, peppers, red onions and cheese). This dish was served with Cecchi Bonizio Sangiovese (Italy)
Dish No. 5 - Yebeg Alicha Fitfit (Lamb cooked with butter, onions and Injera). With Balti Bonarda/Malbec (Argentina)
Dish No. 6 - Siga be Carrot (Beef seasoned in mild curry with carrots). For the final dish we chose Wallaby Creek Merlot (Australia)
